TechnoNation Partners terms

1. Commissions. Rates are set by TechnoNation and shown in your portal. Commission is earned only on payments actually collected for discounted merchandise purchased through your referral link or mapped code, excluding tax and shipping; refunded or disputed payments reverse the related commission, which can make your balance negative until new commissions offset it.
2. Order attribution. A mapped discount code takes precedence over the last valid referral link. Each order is credited separately. Self-purchases earn nothing.
3. Team commissions are paid on your direct recruits only. A suspended partner earns nothing while suspended.
4. Payouts. Commission clears after the configured hold. TechnoNation sends cleared commission manually to your agreed destination, subject to tax, terms and compliance requirements. Refunds reduce the balance.
5. Conduct. No spam, no misleading income claims, no impersonating Jovan or TechnoNation, no paid ads on brand terms without written approval. Breach means suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Changes. TechnoNation may change rates or terms with notice in the portal; changes apply to future payments only.
